The first stop of the day was at the Nafplio museum which houses finds from the tombs we'd visited the day before.
We then moved on to Mycenae where Ioulia Tzonou-Herbst led us through the site. We saw the "tomb of Clytemnestra,"
the famous lion gate,
grave circle A,
and climbed down into an ancient cistern, which was very dark and difficult to photograph.
We next went to the museum at Mycenae.
After the museum, we visited the famous "tomb of Atreus."
Next we had a look at what's left of an ancient bridge.
We ended the day at the castle of Mycenae.
